Frosé is quick and easy to make using strawberry sorbet and frozen strawberries. Great for entertaining!



1 Bottle of Rosé – ideally a darker rosé color from Pinot Noir or Grenache. Tavel, from the Rhone Valley is a good region to look at.

~2.5 Cups Strawberry Sorbet (you can eyeball this and add more as needed to get the consistency you like)

1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries (or ice if preferred)


Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Add more of any ingredient as needed to create a thicker consistency. The mixture will thin as it melts, so don’t worry too much about adding in extra liquid.
